SERVICES
Library loans: Students and teachers may refer to and use the different resources while visiting the Library.
•Check-out: Students and teachers can check-out resources such as books, magazines, etc.. on a daily or weekly basis (see each section, EL, MS, HS, and teachers, for specific details).
•Reservation of books: Teachers can reserve and check-out sets of books on specific topics to use in the classrooms or the Library.
•Check-out for parents: Parents who are interested in checking out books may do so. We will create them a username so they can have access and use our Library collection.
•Curriculum support for Elementary students: Through weekly classes, Elementary students receive instruction in English. The Library teacher focuses on library and reading skills.
•Reading program for Elementary students: Students are motivated to read by having access to the RAZ Kids and Tumblebooks.
•Curriculum support for MS and HS students: The Library supports MS and HS classes by providing a wide variety of resources that are useful to enhance student learning in different subject areas. Special collections of books can be reserved for your student's assignments.
•Online Databases: Through our Library webpage, our community has Access to the EBSCO database, which is a reliable source for student research projects.
•Audiovisual rooms: The Library has two audiovisual rooms equipped with AppleTV, video beam, and sound system.
•Rooms for classes: The Library has three classrooms, one for the Elementary and two for Middle and High School. Teachers have access to use them by reserving them for their classes.
